Sampurna offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of
payment, you can rest assured that Hargul Sampurna’s trusted payment gateway

You may
use Internet Banking, E-Wallets and Cash on Delivery to make your
purchase.
Hargul
Sampurna also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro cards in
India.
There
are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on our website. The prices
listed for all the items are final and inclusive of GST. The price you see on
the product page is exactly what you pay.
Delivery
charges may be extra depending on your location.
Cash on
Delivery Option – If you are not comfortable making an online payment on
kachighaani.com, you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment method
instead. With C-o-D you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the
product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment
online. There may be extra charges applicable to COD orders.
The
maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (C-o-D) payment is ₹50,000. It is
strictly a cash-only payment method. Gift Cards or store credit cannot be used
for C-o-D orders. Foreign currency (other than INR) cannot be used to
make a C-o-D payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
We
accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.
Your
online transactions on our website are fully secured with the highest levels of
transaction security currently available on the Internet. Hargul Sampurna uses
256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely
transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
All
credit card and debit card payments on our website are processed through most
secure and trusted payment gateways. Banks now use the 3D Secure password
service for online transactions, providing an additional layer of security
through identity verification.
In case
of failed transactions (money got debited from the account but transaction not
successful), you will have to co-ordinate with payment gateway provider and
your bank. This may take several days to resolve the issue. You need to wait in
meantime. We will not be able to process the order for failed transactions in any
cases. They may also require few details related to bank account statement,
transaction id, payment id etc. Hargul Sampurna will not be responsible for any
failed transactions related disputes. This needs to be taken with payment
gateway and your bank only.
